Where do you deliver parcels?
We deliver only within Poland.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so any requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order . Modifications will not be possible after this time.
Once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Amex).
Where do you import your goods from?
The goods come from Hong Kong.
When will my order be fulfilled?
Orders are prepared on business days (Monday to Friday).
The order preparation time is 1 to 3 business days from the moment the payment is received , and shipping takes place on the next business day.
During periods of high demand (holidays, holidays, sales), processing may be slightly delayed. We do not ship on weekends.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment , you will be entitled to a full refund.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
